Bantuzi Enterprises Limited ("Bantuzi", "we", "us") is a Zambian registered company (PACRA Reg: 120251025472, TPIN: 2003752208) headquartered at Shop 19, Corner Mall, Northmead, Lusaka, Zambia. We operate BantuziLegal, BantuziAutoSuite, BantuziSchool, BantuziGymFlow, BantuziBridge, BantuziCarwash, BantuziEvents, and BantuziLoans.
We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, No. 3 of 2021 of Zambia (ZDPA), which governs how organisations collect, use, and safeguard personal data in Zambia. Where a customer or user is also subject to other regional data-protection frameworks (for example South Africa’s POPIA), we apply equivalent safeguards, but the ZDPA is the primary law governing this policy.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone, organisation details), data generated through your use of our products (matters, invoices, inventory, memberships, student and school records, loan and borrower records, wash logs, event bookings), and technical data (IP address, browser, device information) collected automatically.
We use your data to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service communications, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored on secured servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement role-based access controls, regular security audits, and industry-standard practices to protect your information.
