1. Agreement
By accessing or using BantuziCarwash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Bantuzi Enterprises Limited.
2. Services
BantuziCarwash provides cloud-based carwash management software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us at info@bantuzi.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Zambian law, Bantuzi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lusaka, Zambia.
